High card
This is the lowest rank of all. When out of all five cards, you don’t have any proper set. The card with the highest value leads the all and thus this rank is known as ‘High card’.
One Pair
This is the 9th rank of all ranks. In this rank, you have, two cards of the same value, like two kings, two fives, etc. That is the reason, this rank is known as one pair.
Double pair
This is the 8th rank of hands. In this card rank, you have two kinds of pairs like two kings and two aces, two tens and two jacks, etc.
Three of a kind
This rank value is higher than the double pair. In this rank, you have three cards of the same value. For example three queens, three sevens, etc.
Straight
The rank of this hand is above the ‘three of a kind’.In this hand, all five cards are arranged in the proper ascending or descending sequence.For example 2,3,4,5,6 and 4’5’6’7’8 etc.Here the suit a of all the cards are not the same.
Flush
The rank of this hand is above the straight. In this hand, all five cards are of the same suite. For example 2’4’7’8’10 of heart and jack, 2,5, queen, 9 of spade and any other like this.
Full house
Now the next in this list is ‘full house ‘. The rank of this hand is above the ‘Flush’.In this set up of hand, you will get both the ‘three of a kind ‘ and one pair of any other value. For example three of jacks and two fours, three nines and two fives, etc.
Four of a kind
In this kind of hand, you will get the four cards of the same value. For example, four fours, four sevens, and others. This is one of the very rare of hands.
Straight flush
This is the second most valuable rank of all. In this hand, you will get both ‘straight ‘ and ‘Flush’ in the five cards.For example, 5,6,7,8,9 of the club, 7,8,9,10,jack of heart etc.
Royal flush
This the best hand of all the ten hands and it the rarest of all too. In this hand, you will get Ace, King, Queen, Jack, and 10 of any suite. No other rank can ever beat this hand.
